Terms of Service

The Perenne App is a personal habit companion developed and published by HabitFlow Corp (contact: contact.habittrackerapp@gmail.com).

By downloading, installing or using the App, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the App.


1. Access to the App

1.1 Eligibility

The App is available to persons aged 13 and over. Persons under 18 must obtain the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 User account

An anonymous account is automatically created on first use. You can link it to your Google account at any time to back up your data and access it from another device.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Google account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

1.3 Availability

We make our best efforts to ensure continuity of service, but cannot guarantee it. We accept no liability for interruptions due to maintenance, outages or force majeure.

2. Free offer and Premium offer

2.1 Free offer (Freemium)

The free offer allows you to create up to 5 active habits and access the App's core features. This limit may change; you will be notified within the App.

2.2 Premium offer

The Premium offer provides access to advanced features (unlimited habits, detailed analytics, advanced journal, personalised reminders, etc.) via a paid subscription.

2.3 Free trial

A 14-day free Premium trial may be offered to new subscribers. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription is automatically converted to a paid subscription.

2.4 Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are managed exclusively via Google Play Billing. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.5 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from your Google Play account (Settings → Subscriptions) or from within the App (Settings → Manage my subscription).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until that date. Refund requests are handled per Google Play's refund policy.

2.6 "Coming soon" features

Some features may be marked as "Coming soon". Their mention does not constitute a contractual commitment.

3. Your data and content

You retain full ownership of your data (habits, journal entries, etc.). You grant us a limited, revocable licence to store it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Account deletion results in the permanent and irreversible erasure of all your data.

4. Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, logos and texts are the exclusive property of HabitFlow Corp or its licensors, protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law:

7. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play) subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to the Terms

HabitFlow Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, you will be notified within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The French version is authoritative.

9. Account termination

You can delete your account from the App (Settings → Account → Delete my account). This action is irreversible.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to resolve it amicably. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
